[DUBAI – Feb 28, 2023] Bay of Lights, the new financial and tourism destination in ASEAN, is invited to showcase its project and expand its business reach to Dubai through the 2023 International Property Show (IPS), debuting its 934-ha township project. The project is presented in full detail at the event, focusing on its potential to be the next real estate powerhouse in the region.

H.E. Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General Department of Land & Real Estate Affairs of Dubai, encouraged the company to set up a representation office in Dubai which will help promote cross-country trade between the United Arab Emirate (UAE) and Cambodia, as well as enhance investment opportunities into some exciting new upcoming real estate projects underway.

The IPS trade exhibition is an important milestone for the company as it looks to establish itself as a key player in the global property market and capitalize on opportunities in new geographies where there is high demand for property developments like the Bay of Lights – envisaged to become the fastest-growing coastal development in Cambodia.

“We believe the new financial district at the Bay of Lights will be similar to that of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) – providing our regional neighbors with a familiar platform for business growth. With Canopy Sands Development as our strategic partner, we can bring together the economies from around the Middle East within a safe and efficient financial corridor.” – said Edward Lee, CEO of Prince Real Estate Group.

He further stated that the project shares the same ambition as DIFC and envisions Bay of Lights as the gateway for investments, bridging businesses between Asia, especially in the Indochina region, and the Middle East.

With this new expansion into Dubai and neighboring countries in mind, Canopy Sands Development remains steadfastly committed to providing quality lifestyle destinations that offer attractive value propositions while adhering strictly to reputable international standards across all facets of its developments.
